"The Beehive's Notion" (c) 2004:-
The Plan of the complex is circular made up of a "yolk," "albumen" and a "shell." The "yolk" is the core, consisting of services and a central atrium. The "albumen" is the office floor and the "shell" represents the building's envelope adapted for bioclimatisation.

"The Beehive's Concept" (c) 2004:-
The Beehive utilises the property of fluidity of space, structure and form, to solve the design problems of the United Bank for Africa. The Beehive is circular in plan and spheroidal in form in order to respond effectively to the sun's revolution and glare.

"Amphibious Restaurant's Concept" (c) 2004:-
It utilises the characteristics of rectilinear, curvilinear and radial design to create an interesting dining experience over two surfaces; land and water. It consists of a star-finger berth.

"Residential Design Concept" (c) 2004:-
My approach to residential design has always been to design a building that responds adequately to the site, the client, guests and the climate. I always apply efficient zoning, natural ventilation, service delivery, structural efficiency, sunshading and visual appeal.
